About this Speaker
J. Freedom is a historian, social scientist and educator who decided to leave the U.S. due to its escalating racial tensions. She believes that the time has come for African-Americans to come to terms with their abusive relationship with the United States, and decide if they will remain and accept their place in society as less-than, keep fighting a losing battle or concede and leave the country on their own terms. She hopes to get the conversation started within the African-American community and let our people know that they do have options AND can achieve that elusive American Dream, OUTSIDE of the U.S.
